This multi-story Luxury home with four terraces, including a hot tub terrace and a private master suite terrace, enjoy awe inspiring views of the City of Angels below.

The property is available for professional photo shoots, film, commercials, music videos and you can host the perfect event. We offer security, catering, event planning and also offer a 1967 Nova II hot rod to be used in photo shoots. The house has a spectacular view out over Sunset Plaza, Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood or WEHO, Beverly Hills, downtown Los Angeles or DTLA.

The property has been used successfully for professional photo shoots for various clients and major publications, A-List Hollywood Blockbusters and Indie Films alike.

There is easy street parking right in front of the house.
